At GLIMM.shop, we work with global fulfillment partners to deliver products to customers worldwide. This means shipping times, costs, and processing may vary depending on the product and destination.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
During peak periods or high demand, processing may take up to 5 business days.
Once your order has been processed, it is handed over to our shipping carriers for delivery.
Shipping Times
Shipping times vary depending on product location and destination:

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs delays, carrier issues, or seasonal demand.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated per product, not per order, based on:

Supplier and warehouse location
Because of this, orders containing multiple items may include separate shipping fees for each product.
Shipping rates are shown at checkout or calculated within our fulfillment system before order processing.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
You can use this tracking number to follow your delivery progress on the carrier’s website. Please allow up to 3 business days for tracking updates to appear.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees imposed by your country.
These charges are not included in our prices and are the responsibility of the customer.
For EU orders, additional customs-related fees may apply depending on the shipping route and carrier.
Delayed or Lost Orders
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us at support@glimm.shop.
We will investigate the issue with our shipping partner.
If an order is confirmed as lost in transit, we may issue a replacement or refund depending on the situation.
Orders marked as “delivered” by the carrier are not automatically eligible for refunds unless valid proof of non-receipt is provided.
Incorrect Address
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address.
We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
If you notice an error, please contact us immediately before the order is processed.
Multiple Shipments
If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped separately depending on:
